A story for two organizations moving forward together as one.
The merger of NRG and PALLAS required more than communication; it necessitated meaningful connection. Through Our Way Forward, we developed a continuous content strategy in which employees play a central role.
Rather than a one-off campaign, this approach is built on a structured rhythm of recurring formats. Through talk shows, video formats, and an online magazine, key themes are brought to life on a quarterly basis. Consistent communication fosters both recognition and engagement.
The strength of this approach lies in the integration of strategy and execution. Each element is carefully aligned to reinforce the whole. Internally, it strengthens cohesion; externally, it enhances the organization’s narrative.
The program was awarded the Grand Prix Content B2E and has since been extended to support onboarding and employer branding initiatives. Our role was that of a strategic partner: we developed not only the content itself, but also the underlying framework that supports it.
